Your Privacy Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (together “CCPA”), California residents have the right to request access to their personal data, request access to specific categories of their personal information that was collected, request deletion of their personal information (subject to certain exceptions), request correction to their personal information, and limit use and disclosure of their Sensitive Personal Information (if any SPI is collected).
