Account Manager

I began my journey at Qount as an Onboarding Associate, where I supported clients through the initial setup and transition process, handled compliance requirements, and coordinated across teams to keep processes on track. Beyond compliance and coordination, I regularly communicate with clients to address their concerns, schedule and follow up on meetings, and make sure their issues are resolved promptly.

Over time, I moved into Account Management, where I now serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams. In this role, I maintain regular touchpoints with clients to understand their needs, provide timely updates, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently. My responsibilities include coordinating calls, monitoring communication, and following up proactively to keep clients engaged and supported throughout their journey with Qount.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I'm more involved in the arts.


I enjoy expressing my thoughts through poetic writing in my notes. Music is also a big part of my life—especially soft rock.


Besides that, another hobby I have in my free time is designing party outfits. I like to mix and match different styles and colors to create unique outfits. 

 

Describe your dream vacation.

My dream vacation would involve a long car ride to a beautiful beach. I love the idea of enjoying the open road and then relaxing by the ocean, where everything feels peaceful and fresh.

 

Describe your ideal meal.

My ideal meal is simple but full of flavor. I love a bowl of warm rice and dal paired with crispy pan-fried veggies. To complete the meal, I enjoy curd with a little spicy chilli touch, which adds a perfect balance of cool and heat. It’s a comforting and satisfying combination that always makes me feel at home. And finally, to round it off, I’d indulge in a simple yet delightful dessert, concluding with my favorite flavor of ice cream, which makes the meal truly complete.

What motivates you to do your best work?

Doing Work That Matters: It really motivates me when I know my work matters and helps the team or company. Seeing good results makes me want to keep getting better.

Personal Growth: I love learning new stuff and getting better at my job. The thought of being more skilled and confident keeps me going.

Team Success: I like being part of a team that works together and supports each other. Helping the team succeed and knowing that others can rely on me makes me want to do my best.

Positive Feedback and Trust: When my efforts are recognized and appreciated, it makes me feel valued and encourages me to continue doing high-quality work.

 

If you could give your younger self career advice, what would it be?

Say yes to opportunities that scare you a little; growth often hides there.

Also, remember that success means nothing without health and peace of mind; don’t sacrifice them unnecessarily.

Tell us about an album, concert, or other musical experience you treasure.

A musical experience I truly treasure is the nights I spent singing with my family. My dad is a professional piano player who has completed all his piano grades. Many evenings, my mom, dad, and I would spend hours singing songs in a chain, each of us taking turns.

The most unforgettable night was when we ended up singing over 100+ songs in a row. My dad was amazing; he kept matching each song’s hook so perfectly that it felt like one endless, beautiful medley.

That night wasn’t just about music; it was about connection, laughter, and creating a memory I’ll always hold close.
