About the webinar
Every technological era in accounting has redefined what firms value most: from accuracy to efficiency, and now to intelligence. Artificial intelligence isn’t simply speeding up old processes; it’s reshaping the architecture of how firms operate, grow, and deliver trust in an age of exponential technology.
In this live session, Kacee Johnson, Principal at be radical, will open with a lens on the state of AI in accounting and finance. She will explore where the real breakthroughs are happening, what the profession’s next decade could look like, and how leaders are using this moment to reimagine their firms from the ground up.
Kacee will be joined by Pete Miele, CEO of Qount, who will introduce the new category of Practice Intelligence; a forward-looking model that moves beyond practice management to systems that are redesigning the way firms think, work and create value. Pete will share how intelligence-driven platforms help leaders balance deadlines with skills and capacity, prevent burnout and under-utilization, and bring financial clarity to pricing and scope. Turning once reactive operations into adaptive, data-driven ecosystems.
Together, they’ll explore what happens when intelligence becomes infrastructure, when firms shift from managing work to orchestrating it, and what leaders must do today to stay ahead of the curve that’s already reshaping the profession.
